1. Definitions
1.1 "Buyer" means the person who buys or agrees to buy Goods from Drinks Partner LTD.
1.2 "Seller" means Drinks Partner LTD.
1.3 "Goods" means all products listed on the order and the order confirmation email.
1.4 "Consumer" has the meaning given in section 12 of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
1.5 "Delivery" means the delivery of the Goods to the delivery address specified on the order.
1.6 "Confirmation" means the correspondence sent out by the Seller acknowledging and accepting the Buyer’s order.
2. Conditions of Contract
2.1 By placing an order with the Seller, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Each order, once accepted and confirmed by the Seller through email dispatch confirmation, will be binding.
2.3 It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure all order details are correct.
2.4 Any cost incurred due to Buyer’s errors shall be borne by the Buyer.
2.5 The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order without liability.
2.6 Any clerical errors in documents issued by the Seller may be corrected without liability.
3. Age Verification
3.1 The Buyer must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol.
3.2 By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that both they and any intended recipient of alcohol are aged 18 or over.
3.3 The Seller’s courier (DPD) will verify the recipient’s age at delivery.
3.4 Acceptable forms of ID include a photocard driving licence, passport, or a PASS-accredited card.
3.5 If age verification fails, delivery will be refused, and the Goods returned to the Seller.
3.6 Refunds for failed age verification deliveries will be subject to a £4.95 return fee and a 20% restocking fee.
4. Conditions of Sale
4.1 Receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance.
4.2 Acceptance is confirmed by the dispatch confirmation email.
4.3 Images, descriptions, and measurements are for guidance only.
4.4 Goods are subject to availability.
4.5 No reservation of stock is permitted.4.6 Goods may be delivered in instalments.
4.7 Goods are shipped as soon as available.
5. Price and Payment
5.1 Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
5.2 Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
5.3 Payment must be cleared before dispatch.
5.4 Prices may change due to raw materials, taxes, or unforeseen costs. If so, the Buyer may cancel.
5.5 Payments are processed through approved payment providers.
5.6 Overpayments will be refunded minus banking fees.
5.7 Chargebacks initiated before contacting the Seller may result in cancellation of future orders and account closure.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery is restricted to mainland UK addresses.
6.2 Delivery address provided at order placement is final; no amendments post-order.
6.3 Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery; title passes upon full payment.
6.4 Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
6.5 If delivery is requested to a safe place, it is entirely at the Buyer's risk.
6.6 Two delivery attempts are made. Failure due to the Buyer's absence will result in a return to the seller and a £4.95 return fee plus a 20% restocking fee.
6.7 Incorrect address: Refunds will incur a £4.95 return fee plus a 20% restocking fee.
6.8 Refused deliveries will incur a £4.95 return fee plus a 20% restocking fee.
6.9 If delivery fails after two attempts and returns to the Seller, the Buyer will incur a return fee and restocking fee.
7. Cancellations
7.1 Buyers must notify of cancellations at their earliest opportunity.
7.2 Cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation of the order.
7.3 Dispatch of Goods prevents cancellation without incurring return fees.
7.4 Shipping charges are non-refundable post-dispatch.
7.5 Rejected deliveries: Refunds are subject to a return fee and a 20% restocking fee.
7.6 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of receipt.
7.7 Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
8. Returns
8.1 Returns require Seller's prior authorisation.
8.2 Goods must be returned in original, unused condition.
8.3 Returns must be completed within 14 days of delivery.
8.4 Unauthorised returns may be refused.
8.5 Buyer is responsible for returned Goods in transit.
8.6 Damaged or used Goods are non-refundable.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
9.1 Damage or shortages must be reported within 3 working days.
9.2 Photographic evidence is required.
9.3 Seller will replace, refund, or provide an alternative at its discretion.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
10.1 Only one discount code can be applied per order.
10.2 Discounts cannot be combined or applied retrospectively.
10.3 Offers are subject to stock availability and can be withdrawn without notice.
10.4 Goods purchased under promotional offers may be non-returnable.
11. Limitations of Liability
11.1 Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of Goods.
11.2 No liability for indirect, consequential, or financial loss.
11.3 Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.
12. Monitoring of Communications
12.1 Telephone calls and email correspondence may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and compliance.
13. Fraud Prevention
13.1 Seller reserves the right to cancel orders where fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.
13.2 In the event of dispute initiated via payment providers, the Seller may refuse future orders.
14. Risk and Title
14.1 Risk transfers to Buyer upon delivery.
14.2 Title to Goods transfers only after full payment is received.
15. Third Party Rights
15.1 No third party has any right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
16. Force Majeure
16.1 Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations where caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Strikes, industrial actions, lockouts;
- Natural disasters;
- Transport failures;
- Acts of government or regulatory bodies.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
17.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

18.1 Please refer to the Seller's Privacy Policy for information on how personal data is processed.
