Outwalker Irish Whiskey 70cl

Outwalker Irish Whiskey is a collaboration between former rugby union player Darren Cave and Sean Muldoon, owner of New York's famed Dead Rabbit. With mixologist Jillian Vose, they've crafted a distinctive blend at the Great Northern Distillery, combining pot still whiskey aged in oloroso sherry casks, single malt matured in white Burgundy casks and grain whiskeys aged in both virgin American oak and rye casks.
