The first release whiskey produced exclusively from Irish 'Irina' barley grown on Duggan's Co Laois farm. Matured for just under 4 years in select American oak and French oak. Rich texture with a long gentle finish. Expect complex notes of baked bread, chocolate, rhubarb and apple with hints of clove.
