Casillero del Diablo Merlot is made in Chile's Maipo Valley, a perfect climate and soil combination for this typically French grape. This merlot is soft, yet structured, its fruity notes of blackberry, strawberries and raspberries balanced by savoury, drier notes of chocolate, vanilla and tart cassis. Pair with a variety of dishes, especially light pasta, tomato sauces and a variety of hard and soft cheeses.
