The word Taghta comes from the Gaelic for 'chosen one'. Taghta is Glenmorangie's first ever crowdsourced whisky, consumers where involved in all the stages of Taghta's production from chosing which maturing whisky should go in the bottle to chosing the name. Taghta is a non chill filtered single malt that has been matured in spanish sherry casks, only 12,000 bottles have been released so there is limited availability.
